ABOUT

AIxMedia Research

The AIxMedia Institute’s research is distinct because it is a non-profit research organization that drives original analyses on how individuals, organizations, issues, and events are represented in society and media with an eye focused on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

To cultivate a broader and more diverse knowledge base, our 501(c)(3) organization also intends to utilize a wide array of non-traditional platforms, including (but not limited to) animations, workshops, podcasts, documentaries, and video clips.

Toward that end, a number of our staff are currently co-editing an issue of the open access Media and Communication journal called “Innovating Social Media Research in a Paid-API Era.” You can read that call and submit your own work for consideration to that special issue here.

AIxMedia is currently in a soft launch phase as we build capacity toward our kickoff event on the Paid-API Era to coincide with the Media and Communication issue, where we seek to bring together a wide array of thought leaders from technology, media, research, and scholarly avenues.

Along those lines, we encourage you to get involved and bring any research questions or ideas you have to our attention through our contact page.
